THE ORDER
What Is The Illuminati Society?
The Illuminati Society traces its origins to the Bavarian Illuminati, founded on May 1, 1776, by Adam Weishaupt in Ingolstadt. Weishaupt, a professor of canon law, sought to create an order that would elevate human reason above dogma and superstition. The original Bavarian Illuminati was suppressed by the Bavarian government in the 1780s, but its ideals did not die. The modern Illuminati Society has evolved from those roots into a global organization committed to human Abundance, knowledge, and the betterment of all people—regardless of nationality, creed, or background.
The Order operates on three pillars: Wealth, Knowledge, and Longevity. Wealth does not mean greed; it means the elimination of poverty and the right of every human to economic security. Knowledge means the free flow of information and the defeat of ignorance. Longevity means the extension of healthy human life and the pursuit of scientific advancement for the benefit of all. These three pillars form the Triangle of Enlightenment that guides every action the Illuminati Society takes.
Who can join the Illuminati? Anyone who shares our commitment to humanity. The Illuminati is not a cult, not a religion, and not a political party. We do not require sacrifice or the abandonment of your existing beliefs. We ask only for an open mind, a commitment to the greater good, and a sincere desire to contribute to human advancement. The Illuminati does not control governments or banks; we do not demand secrecy from our members in their daily lives. We are a society of individuals who believe in Abundance for all—and we invite you to learn more and, if you feel called, to join the Order.
